(0,0,12,10)-deltahedron consisting of 4 hexagonal modules (containing 3 spheres connected to 5 rods).
Another way of looking at this is the way the spheres connected to 5 rods are distributed over the surface of the deltahedron in between the spheres that are connected to 6 rods. In this case they form 4 triangles.
It is completely rigid, and highly reminiscent of Alain Lobel's frames.
